Programmes are
adapted to suit the requirements of the group and the company and
where required, special programmes will be designed for specific
industries, departments, job functions or unique circumstances.
Specific programmes are available for the life industry, the short
term insurance industry, the motor industry, the banking industry,
the medical field, the tourism industry and many other business
sectors.
Fees quoted
include a six-week follow-up process where delegates receive
individual telephonic coaching and written post-training management
reports relating to performance of delegates are issued.
Telephone Evaluation Surveys can be conducted
before training and after the standard six-week post-training
follow-up service and management will receive copies of taped calls,
management reports and specialist vocabulary suggestions for dealing
with specific situations. Should 100 or more calls be made in the
space of a month, this fee will be reduced substantially and
quotations will be provided on request.
A
TRAIN-THE-TRAINER service, tapes of self-help training programmes
and detailed scripts are also available and fees will be provided on
request.
All fees quoted apply on condition that a 50% deposit is received no
later than 5 days after booking a service and the balance on the
first day the service is provided.
Should it be necessary to conduct training
at your facility, your organisation would be responsible for
refreshments, equipment and venue costs and travel fees would also
be added to the invoice.
If training takes place more than 150km outside
the greater Johannesburg metropolitan area, accommodation costs
would also be for your account.
All fees quoted exclude VAT.
