For centuries, negotiation was used to
resolve conflicts or determine prices and costs. In the 21st century,
negotiation no longer works and CONSULTATION is the communication tool most
effective in a technological world where the challenge is to find Unity in
Diversity.

the challenges faced in South African businesses as a result of the
diversity within our work environment?
- Consultation
versus negotiation.

assist in finding common ground.

assist in preventing conflict.

internal and external clients.

WINNER/LOSER GAME and instead find solutions that benefit all concerned.

assertive during consultation without becoming aggressive.
- Mastering
Consultation Skills — Communication skills that foster unity.
- How to use
Consultation in matters relating to finances.
- A strategy to ensure
that skills acquired during training are used consistently in the work
environment.
