It is therefore quite understandable that we struggle to always remain motivated and enthusiastic about life and our work. Personal tests and trials as well as the suffering of other’s, that we witness or hear about through the media, often immobilise us. We are constantly being challenged in the business world, in our family life and in our community to perform, perform and perform. The demands of keeping pace with modern technology adds further stress and very often we feel simply overwhelmed by what we need to do just to survive. This programme has been designed as a trigger to activate the abilities that lie within delegates so that they can remain motivated and able to function even when faced with severe adversity or business challenges.
