This service will be charged at R80-00 per call and management will receive copies of taped calls, management reports and specialist vocabulary suggestions for dealing with specific situations.

As an alternative to face-to-face training, individual coaching sessions can be conducted via e-mail and the telephone. If you chose this training method of individual coaching via e-mail and the telephone, your delegates would telephone Renett Grové twice a week at pre-arranged times and practical exercises would be dealt with during 30 to 45 minute sessions. This could be done during working hours or even in the evenings or over weekends.

Comprehensive training material would be e-mailed to delegates who would work through the material between the sessions. As with all other DYNAMIC LIFE TECHNOLOGY training, this process is skills based and takes individual and company requirements into account Depending on skills level, the course content for 2 day face-to-face courses outlined on this website can be dealt with over a 6 to 8 week e-mail/telephone process.

The fee for the individual coaching sessions via e-mail and the telephone is R300-00 per week and this fee includes training manuals sent to delegates via e-mail in MS WORD format. Therefore for 6 weeks of individual coaching via e-mail and the telephone, the total fee would be R1800-00 per delegate.
